Horrible place. Worst customer service ever. Gonna make this short and sweet. I went to look for a Hyundai Tucson sport. Drove in my old beat up 1999 Honda CR-V. Got funny looks because of that and I’m sure my Hispanic husband. Fact of the matter is (and it’s so laughable) I was there to trade in my beautiful 2016 Toyota 4Runner that was sitting at home in the driveway. There were 2 salesmen outside. Had an excellent experience at Parkway Subaru purchasing a new car. I worked with Pete and he made the process very easy while being extremely friendly along the way. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car.
Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. 1st it took me 15 minutes to drop off my car for an appointment. There was a line of 3 cars (mine being the 3rd) & the folks working just sat @ there desk rather then trying to get the 1st car out of the bey. 2nd they never called to tell me my car was ready. I called them @ 4:45 to check on the status & they said oh yeah your car has been ready. 3rd when I get there to pick up my car they basically tell me my car doesn’t have an issue.
