I spent 864.00 on a 60k checkup on my vehicle, brought it home to find it SMOKING. My Impreza was in pristine condition before I brought it in. I wanted to know when I could pick it up, called FIVE times, Left messages, and did not receive any calls back from the service manager. No one else could or would give me any information concerning my vehicle and referred me again to the manager, who didn't return my calls. I have to give a stellar review for Parkway Hyundai due to my experiences here over the past 6 years. I purchased my first Hyundai Santa Fe here about 6 years ago fresh out of college with the guidance of my father. Our experience was outstanding throughout the buying process and through all the maintenance and checkups.
