Had a whole 3 bed house fitted with carpet and vinyl in the hallway. Was ordered and fitted in less than a week. Fitter did a superb job. Highly recommend this carpet shop!!
My dad recommended Parkside carpets to me after he was very well looked after by them when I needed carpet at my previous property. I was so pleased with the service that I used them again recently after moving home on the Turnberry estate. My service was amazing, from ordering to fitting. Great quality carpets and excellent friendly service all round, I will definitely use them again.
Imagine my disappointment when I am a returning customer trying to do my 3 bedrooms, HSL and Lounge and the level of customer service is lacking. The owner behaved like a child when I calmly and jokingly stated the fitter did not tack everything down well and it was lifting after a week and coming away from the grippers. Before I could finish he stops quoting to tell me he doesn’t think this is a good idea after all.
