Bought an Acadia here on Monday had a great experience. Bryan cagle took the time to show me several different vehicles I was considering. Till we figured out the one. The service department was also great in helping me get my remote start hooked up just 4 days later.

Parks truly cares about their customers. I have bought a few new cars over the past 3 years and this experience blew all other dealerships out of the water!!! Sean Brink is an incredibly knowledgeable salesman and really helps you to understand the pros and cons of all the cars you have questions about. We drove from 2 counties away for a specific car and now we won’t shop anywhere else. Parks cares about you as a client even after the sale has been made. If I could give 6 stars I would!
Needed to have vehicle serviced for antifreeze leak. Contacted Parks service DEPT and was greeted by a lady but the name of Becky. Very impressed with her concern, politeness and willing to help. She provided me with an appointment that fit my schedule. On arriving at service I was met by a gentleman by the name of Cody, again very helpful and pleasant to deal with, he obtained the necesssary information.
