I was there for a recall on my vehicle. I expected to be there at least an hour for the maintenance on the recall. My wait time was 15 minutes ! Customer service is impeccable at Parks Motor Sales ! I love my vehicle and got a great deal on it !

Rich and I LOVE Parks Motors. Just purchased a new vehicle and their service was excellent. They did everything to make our buying experience great! The Sales and Service departments are top notch. Stephen, Mitch, Robert, Cody, and many others are all terrific.
Awesome customer service department. Lucas Chevrolet an Cadillac sevice guy told me to take my car some place else to replace my head light. Then said when he tear it up bring it back to me . WOW. Some customer service right. Love me some PARKS Motor. AWESOME JOB GUYS

Jim Gray did an awesome job of getting me and my wife in a new vehicle at my budget and a mutually fair value on my trade in. He was not pushy through the process and allowed me time to do my due diligence with other vehicles I was considering from other dealers and manufacturers. I absolutely LOVE this place!!!! I walked in to make an appointment to have the oil changed in my car.... I was able to get right in!!! They have treated me well here!!! What ever I have needed done it was taken care of on first visit. Everyone is so professional , friendly and they have ALWAYS made me feel welcomed. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!! I give ALL staff a �!!!
