Had my oil changed yesterday at Parks ...... Friendly staff, had popcorn, a coke, and was done before I knew it !!
Was looking for a truck and Mitch and Robert made my experience great. They put me in a 2017 GMC 1500 and its just what I wanted. I would recommend anyone looking for a truck to go to Parks Motors and they will give you a deal you cant pass up!!! Great people, great product, great price!!!! Thanks and we'll see ya soon!

A big THANK YOU to Parks Service department! I had a major problem with my 2011 Equinox engine overheating. Two other places in Columbia were substantially less than helpful. One "found no problem" and the other scheduled an appt for 10 days later. But one call to Parks service department and the manager knew EXACTLY what the problem was and he scheduled my vehicle in that SAME day. After my wife and I visited 6 dealership in 6 dealerships in Franklin, 4 that didn't even have salespeople smart enough to come outside and help us, I called Tommy the parts guru at Parks and asked him if I could get good customer service from his staff. He did not disappoint!! Bryan Cagle was super cool, laid back and made a stressful day for my wife's birthday amazing!! Thanks again Tommy and Bryan for a great car buying experience. The sales and business manager were great too but those guys never get credit!
