I have been disappointed in the sales team and the service dept at Parks. When I was looking to purchase my Buick Regal the sales team was unwilling to look for the color, so I purchased my car out of state when I found the color I wanted. Then I brought my car in for service to have them damage my car and are unwilling to take responsibility. Very poor customer service all the way around.

I’ve been apart of the Parks Motor Sales family for quite a few years now and I couldn’t be happier about it! I always have a great experience. My wife and I bought a 2018 Terrain at parks. Tommy Smith and all the other folks at the dealership were outstanding. I can't recommend them enough. The only problem we had was the young flood that hit Columbia while we were at the dealership...Thank You Mother Nature!
