Parked at Royal Preston Hospital and the payment machines do not work properly at all!!! You think you have paid, and then the machines restart themselves. Then you get a parking charge through and they dismiss the appeal even with photographic evidence!! Parking Eye are a disgrace!!!
They Just dont reply to appeals, baliffs been in contact, and are now saying they will advice parking eye to take us to court as we haven't paid them, even though I have changed name on fine with them they still send letters to previous owner, total shambles of a buissinesses.
The machine said you don't need to pay, as you have stayed up to an hour, only to get a fine for parking. Not fair!
Would be zero stars. Paid for parking at a Hilton in Watford. Received multiple parking fines for the period. Contacted the hotel to have them cancelled, Parking eye refused to cancel them and instead charged us an administration fee. With the same threat of collection.
This is the worst company ive ever dealt with ,will be seeking legal action as they make no accommodations for anyone. if I could give them 0 start that how many they deserve. 1.No person to speak to and explain the situation. 2. whatsapp link is fully automated ,no agents available ever even though according to them they work 24/7 also no hours available when agents would be available. 3. their ''PAPDC form does not suit everyone's and specifically our situation. 4.
