First and last time here. When arrived I went to reception area and not a person to be seen stood for 5 minutes and no sign of anyone. I tried phoning a couple of times and no answer on the phone so stood for a further 5 minutes, I went to leave as my gut was telling me to avoid as I got back to the car two girls appeared so went back in. Went upstairs for treatment which was Brow lamination, the therapist was lovely won’t dispute that, however my eyebrows looked exactly the same as what they did when I arrived!!
