Great first experience renting! This is my first time renting and moving out, and I've been incredibly satisfied. The complex is well-maintained, and management is very receptive to fixing things. The inside of the apartment is far superior to the others I checked out, and the studio is quite spacious for one person!
Excellent, modern appartments Park View has been a great place to call home, especially for a student like me. It's within 30 minutes of at least 3 colleges and all manner of amenities are nearby. The apartments have stainless steel appliances and lots of floor space. If you're searching in the TO area, Park View is definitely worth checking out!
Great experience at Parkview Apartments Our experience at Parkview had been the best. We planned to rent an apartment begging of January 2017 but, as soon as we saw the beautiful building and the newly remodeled apartments we decided to start leasing right away. Don't look any further, I did that already and wish I came here first!!! Would have saved myself a lot of time!!! This is absolutely the best apartment I have lived in, and I have lived in many. The owner, the staff, the builders and more, go above and beyond. The quality of the appliances, flooring, cabinetry, layout and I can go on and on, are by far the best in the area.
