Exceptional curated community Absolutely loved to stay at Park View Apartment Homes, and only left because of re-location. It's the best rental experience I have had in US. The apartment was fully up to date remodeled, everything worked! But what you find here, which is where landlords often cut corners is a super well maintained common area, where it is nice to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee. The best! We had the pleasure of renting this wonderful 2 bedroom apartment for the past 5 years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we moved in, the property provided a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. A wonderful place to live. I've been at Parkview for a little more than 2 years it's the best apartment I've had. I am a bit sad to be leaving (buying a house) because the views from the second floor unit are wonderful and the pool is terrific and seldom crowded, even in summer. I also love the ability to walk to the Civic Arts Plaza for performances. It's hard to imagine people not being happy here.

Beautiful and quiet I absolutely loved living here and truthfully, didn't want to leave it. The property itself is very pretty and the neighbors are friendly but quiet. Loved having a washer dryer in unit for a studio, as well as having a gas stove. When I first moved in, I had an issue with my kitchen sink and it was resolved the next morning by the on-site maintenance man. I believe his name is Alejandro and he is great too. Wish I could have stayed but greatful for the experience. Thank you so much Rich and Alejandro.
100% Recommend! These apartments have served me well! I recently moved from San Diego out to the Thousand Oaks area for work. Best place to live in Conejo Valley My wife and I called Parkview home for almost 2 years until recently and we'll always remember how much we enjoyed our time there. The management, neighbors, location and facilities are first rate. Management team always responded immediately to any inquiries with friendliness and professionalism. Stunning! I feel so lucky to have found such a beautiful gem to call home. The landscape is incredibly beautiful, peaceful, and gives off five star resort vibes! The views from every window never get old from watching the sunset to getting a private viewing feel to fireworks during holidays.
