One of the best places This place is extremely nice! It's very quiet and well kept; very clean. All the neighbors are friendly and respectful. Every unit has a full size washer and dryer which is extremely convenient! The application process was fast and all management has been extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely a great place!

Never Want to Leave! Beautiful apartment and wonderful place to live. From the first tour I received from Rich, I instantly felt at home and as if i wasn’t just another number, but becoming apart of a community. Look No Further! Before even getting settled in, it felt like home. The place is dead quiet, TMZ doesn't come through here and I have yet to see any parties or bad guys. The place was very well cleaned beforehand, the lot and pool is maintained periodically, and there are several patio hangout areas. 2 Bed 2 Bath 3-Month Lease I was fortunate enough to be able to do a short term lease of 3 months at Park View while I was transitioning to a new home. Owner, Rich, was so accommodating and provided the best service. He is so responsive; answers questions and handles issues immediately. Very impressed with the team at Park View Apartment Homes! In addition to the high-quality materials and appliances mentioned in other reviews, my wife and I have really appreciated the hands-on approach demonstrated by the ownership and management team. We moved from out-of-state, and Rich and Alejandro have been incredibly helpful in helping us settle in, transition utilities, and schedule additional services. We also love being walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants!
The best by far We have used the Park View Apartment Homes for the last 2 years now and they're by far the best apartments in the Thousand Oaks area. They are super well maintained and beautiful and the management is SUPER ATTENTIVE to any issue you may have. There is not a better place to live.
In LOVE with my place! I had looked at so many apartments before finding Park View I had lost count. I was actually scheduled to sign a lease and had put a hold deposit on another property.
