Great My roommate and I stayed in a two bedroom one bath apartment for about 9 months while we were attending college. It was a safe and quiet space with many amenities.
Studio I recently stayed in a studio apartment, which was very nice! The appliances were all up-to-date. Didn’t get to use the pool at all but I walked past it a few times and it looked like a great area for when the weather is cooperating. It’s in a nice area, easy to get to the 101. Many restaurants and shopping areas are nearby as well! I spoke to Rich a couple times and he was beyond helpful each time.
Best place I was looking for a safe ,quiet, clean and gated place and I found it here at Park View. Rich and his team are awesome, they are always there when i need something .
Great Place to Live! Park View was an awesome home for us for a year. Traveling often for work made having a gated community essential for us while my wife would be there alone. We loved using the pool and hot tub. Parking was very easy and accommodating with 2 cars. Property was extremely clean, constant landscaping keeps it pristine. Highly Recommend!!! I highly recommend Park View! It was my first apartment living in California and I had loved the clean place, friendly neighbors, excellent services, and reasonable price. Rich and Alejandro helped me even before my move-in date. I absolutely recommend anyone looking for apartment in the Thousand Oaks/West Lake areas.
Great choice for renting!! I lived here for 2 years, and this was a wonderful apartment complex to live in! I liked that it was a gated community, and the grounds were well-maintained, safe, and upgraded, which made it feel really nice to live here. There were only a couple times I needed to call Rich or Alejandro for minor maintenance in the apartment, and they were extremely responsive and quick about getting things done. Great Apartment Complex in Thousand Oaks Park view Apartments has been great. Management and staff went out of there way to make moving there easy and staying there a breeze. The complex was better maintained than others I looked at and the apartment was updated with great quality finishes. The apartment was clean and perfect for moving in to. It is obvious that the management team at Park View takes great pride in the property, as well as the wellbeing and satisfaction of their residents. "Fairytale" Park View Apartment Homes is a quality living environment. I have worked in property management and can normally see a lot of things that should be fixed or need attention. That is not the case with Park View. As my daughter said, "It is like a fairytale in here". The grounds are well kept. The building is very well lite at night giving a feeling a safety and security.
