Came here for afternoon tea with my two four year old children. Everything was delicious and they were very accommodating of my daughter's allergies and even her preferences when she was picky about her sandwich contents. There was a special going on, so the price was even more reasonable than expected. It was a wonderful way to spend my last afternoon in England. Thank you!
Alaa was the friendliest staff member to understand how I felt and just made this truly a great experience, she knew what I needed and did exactly that. 2 room upgrades she gave me, she really just didn’t make me feel like I was asking for too much! Thank you so much for that girl! One of a kind staff member. My fave spot by far and I made a great friend too.
Warm reception from Mikey-Jo very knowledgeable and helpful with a great sense of humour when we checked in. Very clean hotel and easy to find. Great food and drinks. Room is lovely and quiet.
Comfortable, clean and good hotel. Breakfast was good quality and good range. A little out of the town but nothing major. Would recommend
