While the main reception staff were friendly, our experience at the pool reception ruined our stay. My wife, who is pregnant and wears a scarf, was treated in a very cold and disrespectful way — no greeting, no eye contact, and a dismissive attitude. This made us feel unwelcome and deeply disappointed. We always choose Radisson for its hospitality, but one staff member’s behavior left a very negative impression.
Great location for the arena just a few mins away, clean comfortable rooms helpful staff. Only way it could be improved was a note of breakfast times as I'd forgotten what was said and there was nothing in the room to remind me.
