Every visit I have is spectacular and again I was amazed at my appointment being made the very next day, I had my tooth fixed that very same day (not typical) and the staff & Dr. Konz were professional and courteous. Thank you again and I HONESTLY can't wait until my next visit to the dentist.
As always, everyone was extremely kind, friendly, caring, and professional. All my questions were answered and all procedures and findings were carefully explained. I felt like I was in very good hands.

It's hard to believe you're in a dental office whenever you visit Dr. Konz (and Sharon my hygienist) or any of her other wonderful staff. Everything from the moment you walk in the door to the sound of soft music, from sitting for a few minutes in the warm, comfortable waiting room, until the time you exit with a goody bag of personalized dental supplies says this place is something special. The care and personal attention are second to none, and have effectively erased my old memories of cold, sterile dental offices.

This is THE dental office for anyone afraid of dentists or who has had bad experiences with dentists. Everyone goes out of their way to pamper you and help you relax. A cleaning with the new technology takes half the time it used to (all that scraping!). Really fast, simple. Even scary procedures turn out to be painless; they walk you through every step and you always have ultimate control. TV/music is a wonderful distraction and sound blocker. Try this place if you're a dental-phobe like I was.
I am seriously afraid of going to the dentist, but walking into the office felt so calming with the beautiful music and the scented candles... and more importantly, everyone was so thoughtful! Dr. Konz is wonderful, and very caring! Hopefully my future visits are as stress-free as this one was! Already started recommending her to my friends!
