I am not a fan of dental procedures so for me to go to a dentist voluntarily for treatment (somewhat) consistently speaks volumes. I see Dr. Konz who is a consummate professional. She and her staff have always read my history, attend to my request for the current visit, and get me in and out without delay. They always explain exactly what is to be done and why then bill the insurance in a timely fashion. This is the only place I would ever go for tooth care.

I was accommodated today for a problem visit. The staff I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful. Dr. Konz was as usual friendly but highly professional. She always takes her time with me and makes certain I understand everything. It was a wonderful visit!

I love this office!! From the moment you check in until the moment you check out you are surrounded by caring, friendly staff. I have always been afraid of the dentist, but Dr. Konz creates such a calming atmosphere that you can't help but be comfortable. Cleaning appointments yesterday for both my husband and I. I've been a patient for several years and have been pleased with the quality of care and the results. Everyone works with a meticulous attention to detail, including patient comfort. Everyone listens carefully with an intent to understand. Scheduling and billing are effortless; I appreciate the appointment confirmations and reminders.
I have major anxiety when it comes to dental visits. Both Dr. Konz and her staff reassured me that my experience would be different. They have been so right. I am a new patient and came to this office because my issues were not being resolved. Dr. Konz listened to ALL my concerns and immediately detected I needed a root canal and referred me to an Endodontist who took care of it. Dr. Konz and staff .... You guys take the cake in terms of customer service. I am always greeted with a smile. The offering of a heated pillow and Wax treatment for my hands is really appreciated. The excellent communication to me about status of my oral health is great. This most recent visit I mentioned I was in a hurry as I had a meeting at work that was scheduled close to my appointment ... you guys responded in great stride and did your job efficiently and quickly, attendant to my needs. I am a happy customer!
Deemarie is the best. She always gives me pointers on solutions to help with my dry mouth and makes my visit very enjoyable.
