Dr. Konz makes the experience of going to the dentist a good one. There's Starbucks coffee and other beverages if you want them, the opportunity to win free fluoride treatments or sweet treats by participating with the office on social media. There are paraffin baths for your hands, a warm neck pillow, and a plethora of entertainment options (music, TV, etc.) when you're in the chair. I have been a patient of Dr. Konz's for many years and when I had to see another dentist this past January because of my new work schedule I truly missed the excellent customer service I have always received at this office. I returned just last week and was so happy to get the warm and familiar reception from Dr. Konz's team, along with the over-the-top treatment I have always been given. The greatest dentist in the world...Feel pampered and rested at the most luxurious office in the northern suburbs! After the paraffin wax treatments and HD ESPN on the flat screen, you couldn't ask for more from your dental office. Thanks Dr. Konz!
Lisa and the entire staff strive to make you feel comfortable and cared for. In addition to being very efficient, professional, and capable, they are thoughtful and understanding of any concerns or issues you may have. The office is spalike and relaxing, yes, a dentist office!
