Dr Konz is a miracle worker, and she always goes above & beyond to provide excellent customer service. This is truly a best in class dental provider, and we are very fortunate to have Drs Konz and Lacy in our community.
The staff alone makes this office. They are so friendly, caring, and patient. Dr. Konz goes the exta mile to help out and see to it that you get the care you need. The environment is calming to my anxieties and has a tranquil feel. Can't say enough good things about this place!
Greeted by Dr. Konz upon walking into the office, she made me feel comfortable immediately. Her staff was extremely friendly and professional.
I truly appreciate the entire staff at Konz and Lacy Dental Care. They always know who I am, remember hobbies, etc. It's so refreshing not to feel like just another patient, but a person. Most importantly, I trust that what the Doctor and Technicians are telling me are truthful. They want what is best for me, and my smile! Thank you!
I had my teeth cleaned today by Sharon and it was great! She made me feel very calm and took her time to ensure my happiness. I am very pleased with my experience.
As a new patient, I was very nervous about needing major work done. Extreme anxiety. The 2 hour procedure couldn't have been easier. Everything is about your comfort. I had no pain, no discomfort at all. It seemed to go so quickly, as I watched a show on the flat screen tv wearing noise cancelling earphones. I was prescribed Valium pre appt to take the edge off and given ibuprofen before the procedure to ward off any pain afterward. I can't recommend Dr. Konz and her caring staff more highly, especially for dental phobics.
My experience with Dr. Konz has been first rate. Both she and her staff are highly professional, attentive and caring.
I love the smiles, gentle care, and genuine attention to detail in this office. I know that I am in good hands and I appreciate the explaination of benefits, procedures, etc.
Dr. Konz has been our family dentist for over 10 years now. Through her patient, caring treatment, she and her staff were able to cure our young children of their dental visit fears. She has also given me a natural smile I can be proud of (after my prior dentist recommended false teeth), and she did it in a step-by-step manner which I could afford. Her staff is well-trained, professional, and cheerful: her office is cheery and pleasant, and her equipment is state-of-the-art. I am a fan!
