Dr. Konz explained what she thought was the issue and referred me to a endondonist who confirmed her diagnosis. Very apreciative that she not only referred me to a specialist, but that she actually made the call and got me in immediately. Very impressive.
I have been a client of Dr Konz since 2008. I love that they are very timely with their appointments, no long wait times. The special pampering touches of the paraffin hand treatment and the warm lavender neck roll are quite relaxing. They always go the extra mile to make your appointment as comfortable as can be. My teeth and gums have never been healthier. Best dental office in Lake county!!!
Best dentist I've ever been to. Tells you what you have to do to keep your teeth the best you can. Funny thing if you do what they tell you the amount of work that has to be done is minimal. I don't like going to the dentist, but Dr Konz keeps me coming back every 6 months cause she cares, and takes care of more than my teeth. She makes me like a dentist called Dr. Konz :)
I just had my first visit with Dr. Konz and her team and loved it. After the team took care of x-rays and photos of my teeth, she spent an hour talking with me about my previous dental experiences, what my goals were for future treatment, etc. She was very thorough and the whole experience made me very confident that I will get great dental care from Dr. Konz and her team.
Everyone was on time and friendly. My hygienist was great!
I've been going to Dr Kontz for over 10 years and there's nothing better than having a dentist and team associates that care for your teeth as much as you personally do! Every appointment is handled in the most professional manner and the experiences are always great!

Dr. Konz and her staff are ALWAYS so friendly, happy, and positive. I have been going to her for many years and have recommended her to others. I am not an "anxious" dental patient but for those who might be - her office staff puts one at ease. Thank you for being on time, courteous, and caring. :)
