Horrible place, they have break- ins, people committing suicide in the buildings, the management team is bullies, the air was broke for 5 weeks, they bullied a 9 month pregnant lady, and wouldn’t do anything about abusvie neighbors. Don’t move here, it’s nice on the outside but a haunted house inside.
We have had some issues with our ice maker. After changing out the first one it still didn’t work properly so Arlando came to look at it again. It was determined we needed a new fridge. A few weeks after it was replaced I was walking back from the gym and Arlando stopped to ask me how it was working. I was never present when he came to work on it. He just makes sure he knows his tenets. Thank you for taking such great care of us and for going above and beyond to check back with us.
We have lived here for 4 months and have had to call the cops twice for a break in , gang violence and all around not safe! We have complained multiple times and they just say I'm sorry... nothing has been done on their part to ensure the safety of the community. I would Never recommend this community to anyone.!
I’ve lived here for a couple months now and have learned if you don’t get home before 6 sometimes 5, there will be no parking near your building. Walking a mile after long days at work are horrible.
I have been recommending since first visit. I love it and tell everyone else they will too.huh
Toured the Park with Manny and it is a beautiful community. Manny himself was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was enthusiastic about all the tiny details Park has to offer. This community is like a world all its own.
