Although these apartments may look nice, these are very poorly built for the amount of money they are asking for rent. The caulking in my bathroom was white, didnt even match the color of the baseboards and it was horribly done (clumps everywhre). The paint chipped off the walls very easily as well. As far as staff goes, all were pretty nice and friendly when I lived there. I did have trouble getting them to respond to me. I just love The Park at Crystal Falls! It has great amenities and an amazing staff! I recommend this place to everyone! My dog loves it here as well! He gets all the love he wants and some pretty amazing treats that are complementary when he visits! Who wouldn’t want this awesome treatment. COME AND SEE!!!
Beware. A maintenance worker let himself into my apartment without my permission and removed $7,000 worth of personal items from my locked apartment. Their excuse for this FELONY was that there was a mix up with my move out date and they thought I had left. Funny, how everything else including my air mattress, boxes and other low value items were left untouched, but 2 designer suitcases tucked inside a closet were in their way and needed to be removed.
