After three years of living here, we will move out and be MUCH HAPPIER for it! So, many things broken, damaged, deteriorating. Not to mention the lack of management and upper management’s angry, disregard of certain resident’s valid concerns and complaints. God forbid you put any negative comments on social media (Facebook; which PACF and Allied Orion Group use). We will not gave anything positive to say about PACF. A great environment to make home
The team at the Park at Crystal Falls has been nothing but a joy to work with, they are very friendly and informative. They were willing to answer my 50 questions about the apartments for our up and coming lease. They rock!
Peaceful neighborhood and much sunlight into the house. Somuch positive vibes in here. Fabulous pools and beautiful leasing office. Great service from the management team. Well maintained and management is always willing to help. I’m glad we actually got chance to explore this community.
Updated: Continuing to find cigarette butts and this morning found a lighter in my yard. I understand it’s an apartment complex and it’s difficult to manage these actions, however, I have a toddler and two dogs and I do not want to find these disgusting items in my yard. I’d really like to solve this issue ASAP. I’ve been a resident since June and unfortunately I’ve had a not so good experience.
