Our rep Kelsey was super super helpful and sweet!!! She made sure to show us all the amenities and the model rooms. The place is super beautiful and all the customer service reps were very respectful. I look forward to living here in the near future

We moved in about two weeks ago and love it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I want to say a special thanks to Kelsey Mosher(our new adopted daughter) she is so sweet. I look forward to everytime I see her. We are always greeted with a smile and it's because of her going to bat for us that made us decide to move in here. This place is so beautiful and well maintained. We love our little fenced in yard for our fur baby, Molly. I just cant say enough about The Park ar Crystal Falls. I was searching for an apartment here because I thought I would have to relocate for work. I no longer need an apartment but, I had the BEST experience. The property was super clean and the apartments were very nice. The leasing staff was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this apartment community.
Park at Crystal Falls is a great community and a wonderful place to live. This area is attractive because of it's close proximity to retail, excellent school district, accessibility to major road networks and Austin MetroRail. The apartments are beautiful, quiet and well maintained. I've found the residents to be friendly and respectful, and love getting to know everyone through the social events organized by property management. The apartments are priced reasonable its in a good location, but why it gets 5 stars is because of the management. They make you feel like family. If you need something they do they're best to see its taken care of as fast as possible, which all the time its fast. your people to them not just apartment numbers
