Office staff is nice, but often will just tell you what you want to hear. (I would recommend speaking with Michelle she’s honest and helpful) We have had countless problems with the neighborhood and maintenance that’s not worth the rent amount. For example, our broken blinds took 3 months to fix, and our toilet has been running now for 21 days now and I still can’t get anyone to come fix it. Everyone I’ve met here also has had issues with their apartment... As an apartment locator- spend your money elsewhere.
the crew is very intent on getting you into the apartment you want, very clear and knowledgeable on all topics when questioned and thoroughly prepared. the tour sealed the deal 100%.
