Senior and leader staff are very bad.And also nature of them is nonsense. There are so many employees who are non medical they are doing medical related work. The work related dr and pharma which is done by the commerce student. They have to change their working and hiring policy. As there is lots of work which is done my only medical background employee.. Google not given facility else the rating of the Paramount is in Negative. Worst ever middle agent in insurance. It is always better to claim to directly with Insurance company rather than such TPAs.

2 months have passed and after submitting 3 Deficiencies report still my wife Mediclaim is not yet settled. Worst service. No phone calls are received. Nightmare for senior citizens like me and many others. Shameless people.
