So so happy with my hair! Came in with very yellow hair and banding, staff sat me down and listened to me, took some hair samples and gave me some advice for home treatments. When I came in today running very late staff where super friendly and understanding. My hair looks and feels amazing! Definitely be coming back again

Amazing had a cut and colour 2 weeks ago ready for a wedding but my hair seemed to have a growth spert and they happily reshapped my hair and didn't charge me ...How nice is that ...Thank you Paradox. Just bee. Again and Mark is amazing

Terrible place! I have been going here for 3 years and today I rang for an appointment , but the girl on the phone was quite rude, lack of communication, not listening, unkind, not customer service . I repeated many times that I did not want a cut , but she paid no attention and she was rude , as I asked her to listened, she puts phone down and accuses me of being rude and cancel my appointment for no reason. Have been going here for a while now and the quality has improved over time with experience. They use excellent products that makes my hair feel super soft and the cut, colour and blow dry is to a professional standard. I always get what I'm after or very close to it for reasonable prices. I look forward to the results and go here for everything from cuts, colours to styling for occasions.
