You guys have some of the nicest people in the industry. I had a chance to come to your shop as a traveler and was greeted with a full conversation and smiles by pretty much everyone that worked there. I really enjoyed the couple days we were there. This HD dealer lacks customer service. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. If your going to finance your new ride- ask about the 1.99% verses the higher rates they try to put you in with Eaglemark( HD company). This has got to be the only place you can spend almost $40k and they do not treat you like a valued customer. Do yourself a favor and call Latus Harley, they will bend over backwards to help you.

Just bought my first Harley this past weekend! Worked closely with Logan and decided on a 2004 HD Softail Night Train. Absolutely love the bike and this dealership. My friend and I came in on sport bikes and didn't know what to expect as the welcome at other Harley dealerships had been less than friendly. Logan came right out and talked to us and related with us quickly as he also had a sport bike along with his Harley.
