The people there seem to know what they're talking about course I've been talking to him for years they all have good attitudes towards customers and they have a lot of backbone and funny bones
Because of my job and my extensive travels, I could shop at any HD dealership in the US but I choose to make my purchases at PHD for one thing and one thing only; the extraordinary customer service I get from these guys. You guys are awesome. You not only have me as a permanent customer but also my wife. She's been many of bike shops and dealers but you guys are the first to make her feel welcome. Tonight I came in to pick up a part for the hubby. Hands down the best customer service I have EVER had. I've had really bad experiences with other motorcycle shops in the area. I was expecting to meet glares and snobs. I got friendly faces and conversation. Thank you Mel and Jeff for making a rainy Thursday freaking awesome.

On Dec 20, 2013 I bought my second Harley from Paradise HD. It's a (NEW) 2013 Road Glide Ultra and I love the way it handles. "Larry", aka " Lars", has been my salesman on both purchases and he is fantastic. Great service and attention to details. Keep up the excellent work.
