First off I will tell you my husband is super particular about his bike. We have just moved here from Colorado 2 years ago. He scheduled an appointment to replace his back tire and when they took it for a test run the person dumped the bike. Needless to say my husband was upset, but accidents happen. Between John and James they made sure everything was right. They even threw in a dyno test. The bike looks and rides as good as ever. This has been the best buying experience I have ever had . Larry (Lars) treated me like a VIP and introduced me to every department including service where I got to meet Rob the mechanic putting all my new parts on and they are even going to install my cams and break in the bike on the Dyno. The people at Paradise are amazing. It feels like your doing business with family. They are always happy to see you, doesn't matter if bought something or not, or just came in to browse. These guys are great! I needed an ECM update on my 09 Buell Ulysses. They got me in and out in the amount of time promised for a very reasonable price. Everybody there was very friendly as I wandered around the showroom floor. Glad to see an HD dealership that actively and enthusiastically still supports Buell owners!
