Everyone I deal with at PHD are very professional, very helpful, very friendly and very knowledgeable. It's an awesome dealership with great people. Even though I haven't bought a bike from here, the guys and gals in the sales department are great to talk with.
My very first experience at Paradise was working with Nick in finance to help me negotiate a used bike (not theirs) from a private sale. Nick set the standard for how easy it is to work with Paradise. Since that time Mike the GM put me on to another private sale and helped me work that deal. The service department, the ladies in apparel and the parts/accessories team are top notch. Great dealership to work with - well done!
Paradise Harley is just like its name, it's just like being in Paradise. Everyone treats you like a King. I do not use any other dealer unless I'm out of town on a road trip.
My wife and I have purchased three bikes from Paradise Harley-Davidson over the years. Mike Hickman in sales, Mel in parts, Tiffany in service, everyone we have worked with at Paradise Harley have been excellent. I would only recommend Paradise within a 50 mile radius of the Portland metro area.
On this trip in the service dept. I used the express service on no notice and they found the Problem and I was on my way . the Motorcycle sales dept. answered all my questions on the New bikes and used bikes and the parts dept. helped me find the right parts I was looking for in all a very good day at Paradise H-D
As long as the manager Nick and Larry in sales are there, I will continue purchasing all my motorcycles from Paradise. I've bought 2 and referred a couple people there. Nick and Larry always take care of me and I would recommend anyone in Oregon to this dealership. Thanks guys for always making it easy for me.
the people at paradise are the best. I have purchased 2 bikes from them and would not think of going elsewhere. the service dept is the best on the west cost. the folks in the clothing dept are help full and knowledgeable. there is never a hi pressure sails pitch for clothing or bikes. When you go there it is like you are arriving at home, the coffee is hot and you are welcome.
Great experience purchasing my 2011 Heritage Classic and of course many accessories after the fact. Thanks for an awesome experience and a very knowledgeable staff!
