I live right around the corner from Paradise Harley Davidson. Paradise lost the sale on my 2010 FXSTC because they were not willing to deal on price. The sales people are helpful but "the boss" ultimately kills the deal. If you don't mind paying top dollar plus and don't like to haggle, Paradise could be the dealership for you. I saved well over $3,000 on a 2014 Road King buying elsewhere. As for the service department.. The Techs seem to be ok but the service pricing is in the stratosphere. I love Paradise. When my partner and I come into the shop, we are treated like family. The staff is super friendly and there is always cool clothing to buy and a beautiful bike to sit on, while I drink some great coffee. We go in every week, just to say "Hi" to all our pals. Mike Durbin is a class act! I bought my DeLuxe from PHD, have all our bikes serviced there. Great group of riders and people!

Motor cloths manager Wheeler has no customer service skills. I will never set foot in this place again as long as he works there. And anyone I know with a Harley will know about the bad treatment I had with this business.
