I will give 5 stars to Adam for his professionalism when I purchased a 2016 Street Glide Special. I got the best deal I could find here so thank you for that. Since then however, I have been in the store 3 times. Horrible customer service when trying purchase clothing items. I ordered another part for my bike and got the wrong one so had to go back. While on vacation, my daughter picked out the perfect shirt for her stepfather. Except it was waaaaaayyyy too big. We live across the country. They did a return by mail for us. Fantastic customer service. ����������

I seriously can't say enough about how great this place is. I tried hard not to own a Harley because of my own perceived notions of what that meant but when every single sales person at the dealership next for either flat out ignored me or walked away while I was talking I wandered into paradise without any expectations. I we greeted by everyone I walked by and with a little help from Ryan I fell in love with a 2016 Dyna Street Bob. Bought the bike and now fully understand why do many people love Harley. you could take a lesson from Lone Wolf in Spokane about customer service, not overly friendly and a poor patch and tshirt selection..

Big shout out to Joey at Paradise. Joey has sold us 2 bikes and she was awesome each time. She has made every trip good, and All the staff is so amazing and works with us each and every time.
