My first experience and visit to the Paradise Dental practice on February 26th. was enlightening and informative under the circumstances for a cleaning procedure. The team of Katie and Vanessa attended to my cleaning and diagnosis. They were both friendly and professional in carrying out their respective duties - Katie as my Hygienist and Vanessa as her assistant. Vanessa is quite welcoming and knowledgeable of the Paradise Dental operation as the point person and my contact. She was thorough and professional. The team of Joanne and Lindsey were professional in carrying out their duties by explaining the procedures in detail before commencing. Their kind demeanor has a be calming effect on the patient. Very professional and comfortable atmosphere. Did a very difficult filling. Came out great and best part “no pain at all”. Even got a follow up call from Steve (the dentist) later in the day to check up on me. If your looking for a professional, knowledgeable dentist, then i would highly recommend them.
I brought my 7 yr old twins in for a much overdue cleaning, x-rays, and fluoride treatment. Kensley has always seen Cindy (she has such a way with Kensley, as Kensley does not usually let anyone touch her). Kensley gets so excited to go to the dentist to see Cindy. I had the pleasure for many years, being a member of the Paradise Team. In my 25+ years , working as a dental assistant in many different venues: I can honestly say that the expertise, integrity, and compassion of the entire team is what I miss. As I am no longer physically able to continue my career, I KNOW where I can consistently go for trusted care. I had a cleaning. My hygienist Cindy was very friendly and professional. She always gives me advice on how to take better care of my teeth. She does it in a way that it’s not in forceful tone. So I usually listen to her and try my best to do what she suggests. Dr. Helyne always takes the time to stop in and see how I’m doing. The entire team deserves this 5 star rating. Always feel that they really care. I am not easy. It is never a quick appt. I feel that who ever works on my mouth is vey thorough. Glad I found them.
I had a teeth cleaning and a dental appointment on the same day. The hygienist, Cindy, did a fabulous job on my teeth. Dr. S. Hamelburg filled a cavity right after. The experience was above what I expected. I felt no pain or discomfort during the appointment. I am very pleased with the experience and the helpful associates who assisted me at Paradise Dental.
