OMG 🥰 Just got back from our first ever Bungee Fit with the wonderful Judith 🤩 I’ve always wanted to try this, but as a larger lady I wasn’t sure I’d be able to. Right from the first video I seen I was excited about what paradigm offers!!! Not only for the classes like bungeefit, clubbersize n the arial hoop but the enegry , support and encouragement... its a place where u can be yourself and feel safe ... on a personal note, walking thru that door was honesty the best thing I've ever done!!! I can't shout about paradigm enough ... come meet the gorgeous team and have a great time .. p.s laughter is mandatory 💯💪✨️☺️

An absolutely fabulous gym! It's so warm, welcoming and friendly from the minute you step through the door. I was a gym novice a year ago never stepped foot inside a gym, always thought I couldn't do it and I didn't look like I belonged in a gym. Came to a session with my friend to do clubbercise and never looked back. Now doing multiple classes with different instructors and they are all amazing people. So helpful and friendly. They are always there for you know matter what, even personally. This gym becomes a second family... read more
