Exactly what I was searching for: a fantastic private gym, with fantastic people and fantastic coaches! The small group PT sessions were exactly what I wanted, to be able turn up and train with like-minded people without feeling overwhelmed or self-conscious and being guided every step of the way by incredible coaches (special shout out to George!). I joined the lift squad in March to gain confidence in weight training and increase my fitness. I have learned so much and gained so much strength but it’s more than just your average gym. The trainers are above and beyond, who explain everything thoroughly, and completely dedicated to helping everyone who is part of the squad and make you feel very welcomed.
