Daughter bought a bracelet from here which fell apart within 3 days. No receipt so cannot return. Poor quality and bad customer service.
Spent £10 on a cute bangle bracelet and in 3 days it’s weakened and snapped. I wasn’t fiddling with it at all and barely touched it at all yet it weakened and fell apart so easily; clearly cheap jewellery. Shame as money is tight and it was quite pricey. Will not be buying from this place again and do not recommend!
my bangle bracelet broke by itself after not even one full day and i literally didn’t touch it. honestly such a waste of money. why sell items if you know they are absolute horrible quality it’s stupid, i dont recommend at all
i went to this shop and bought two pins (which i loved) and the worker behind the counter was giggling and laughing and when i got home i only found one i did not know as she Sealed the bag this was 4:30 18th of june 2025 i hope this gets sorted out
