I found my shopping experience very enjoyable as the staff gave me feel like a VIP. I was nervous as I was buying my Queen her Christmas present and I didn't want to buy something tacky, I shouldn't have worried, well done pandora staff.
The girls in here can't help enough, they go above and beyond to help every time I've been in to the store very professional and a great service.
Wanted a specific Pandora charm for my birthday but it wasn't in stock. The assistant was very helpful and checked to see if it was available at another of their stores. She located one and ordered it for me. She informed me there was no obligation to buy. There was no guarantee it would arrive for my birthday, but having said that it did! Very happy.
The staff in this store are amazing.. I had a couple of bracelets that had broken and the lady who served me couldn’t have been anymore helpful 👌🏻⭐️ She went above and beyond to solve my problems but I’ve forgotten her name, her cashier number is 7072 if that’s any help, maybe it’d be a good idea to have the staffs name on the receipt?! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
