Have been going to this Pancho’s in West Mph every time we travel thru going to various places. My sister and I stopped in this past Saturday on the way to my nephews baseball game. It was around 2pm. There were several guests there. We were seated in the bar dining room. There were four or five tables of customers. There was only one waitress in that area. She was doing bar as well as waiting tables. The food was cold and the service was terrible.

why is the cheese dip severd cold never been to a Mexican restaurant and had cheese dip cold
Been going to Pancho’s in West Memphis for years. Now days nearly every server is Rude VERY RUDE!! I loved this place years ago, but I may have just went for the last time!! Poor Poor service!!
RecommendedI do so miss Pancho's in mid-town Memphis area! Several coworkers from the Medical Center back in the 80's would gather there for birthday celebrations & many times "just because"! It was the best place to gather, eat, drink & have a great time together! Many memories! Many times we would venture across the bridge to the original Pancho's in West Memphis! Great food, great service, great ambience!!

My all time favorite Mexican Restaurant for over 40 years . The food has remained the same with no variation in taste or quality . Wish there was one in Northwest AR.
