RecommendedI was traveling home from Senatobia yesterday. I asked Sharron to call in a to go order. We enjoy going there when we can. It’s a good drive from Jonesboro just to eat. I told the lady helping me about the long drive and having to smell it all the way home. She offered to fix me a separate little bag with chips and dip in it and I accepted! after waiting about 45 minutes to get our food, 3 of the 4 was not eatable. Service was poor and food even worse.
RecommendedI've always loved Pancho's but it just isn't any good anymore
Typically the food is great and service awesome. Last couple of times I went however, the orders were wrong, food not that great, and service was slow. Last night It took us over 30 mins. to get just the drinks. I enjoyed spending time with great people but it shouldn't take 2 hours to eat.

This place is NASTY!!!. The men's restroom was FILTHY. The service was slow. The food was cold and portions were very small for the price. Spend some money and clean it up.
