RecommendedWe love Panchos and stop often when we are in the area. The food was great tonight and our server was fantastic. My only complaint is about the hostesses and their seating method. There were quite a few people waiting, and every person that came in was told there would be a 10-15 minute wait. We waited 45 minutes to be seated. I don’t mind to wait....but don’t tell everyone the same time. Also, they went in order no matter the size of the party. So some parties of 2 or 4 waited a lot longer than necessary.
The best thing about the meal was the free dip and service. Money wasted because I left hungry.
Bad service!! Pretty bad when you have to ask the table next to you to use their Panchos dressing because after asking several times you still don’t have any. Use to be one of my favorite places but not so much anymore. Last time I was there had bad service too. Maybe I’m going the wrong time of day. 🤔
Management is awful, service sux we were long time customers, never again, don't respond to messages either
