great food and great place! It is also near the West Memphis trailhead of the Big River Trail, so very easy to get to on bicycle from Memphis.

We just sat here for an hour. We got our original drinks and chips. Placed our order with our drink order. Our waitress never even checked on us once in an hours time. We finally got up because we hadnt recieved our food after an hour. No wonder your down to two locations. The service is terrible. We stop here ever time we drive through to MS, he was from Memphis and loves the chicken tacos. After 50 + years of eating here. I don't know if he'll ever come back

I grew up eating at Panchos. Every year, my birthday dinner was celebrated there. I live in Texas now, and wished that our grocery store would carry it. I've ordered it and had it shipped to us a couple time. The absolute best cheese dip ever!!!

I was so excited to see a Pancho's on our way home from Memphis, but unfortunately it didn't live up to my expectations. From the moment we walked in, it was an effort for the staff to smile, much less be friendly. If I would have listened to my inner voice and my husband, I might have enjoyed my lunch, at another restaurant. Such a big disappointment in a dining experience. They also need to forego the scented ambiance lighting. Lessons learned and all that ......
