staff are really nice and friendly and nails always look good, love the little extra things they do too- really recommend best nail shop in the area
poor attitude the lad who's parents who owns shop is blatantly rude and has got bad attitude shop never open on time and and take appointment for 9am but not there makes a uncomfortable environment for people when having treatments shame really because the other staff are friendly to a point .
Been here a few times. First time for acrylic nails. Thought the burning with the sanding tools was a normal thing. Went to another nail bar today. Was pain free didn't get my hands slapped for not being relaxed. Also didn't take half as long .
Absolutely terrible experience – don’t waste your time! I booked an appointment 48 hours in advance for 4pm for three people to get our acrylics done. The whole point of booking ahead was to avoid waiting — but clearly, that meant nothing to this salon. We arrived on time, only to find that none of the nail techs were available because they had taken walk-ins just before we got there. What’s the point of booking an appointment if you’re going to prioritize walk-ins? We had to wait 25 minutes before even one of us was seated.... read more
My favourite place to my nails done. I’ve been coming here for about a year now for my nails, and they never fail to amaze me. I put my full trust in them to do what they think is best and it always is, the best. They take time and make sure they’re perfect. Thank you to the team and Pamela Nails 🤍
