Always pleased with the service & staff.
Two children seen at the same time,but one was scheduled for 8am and the other 8:30am. They were across the office from one another being seen simultaneously. One child is 3y/o and the other 6y/o. It would have been nice if they were side by side. I was back and forth as a parent to be present for them and when Dr. Gomez examined both children.
We had a great experience with our young children.
Heather and Dr. Gomez were wonderful to both of my children.
I would love to be able to see my child the whole time, even if it's behind a one way mirror. Especially since I have a 2 year old. Also, I'm not sure she was given the correct dosage of happy juice. She was still wobbly late last night! We do appreciate Dr. Neiders and how kind he is & my daughter loved the play house and padded room.
Everyone was very kind yet professional and very good with the kids! My babies loved there experience. I was worried about my 1 yr old, but she played a little then worked into the exam. She did great!
Sylvia and Dr. Cross make a great team. Palmetto Smiles has the best dentists. Everyone is friendly and does a fantastic job!
As always, the staff is so kind and helpful and professional. They remember me and my children. My daughters have positive feelings about getting their teeth cleaned--that is amazing!
