Wish it was a little quicker, we had an 8:30 appt and weren't seen until 9am (a little stressful w a 2yr old). Other than that we had a great experience!
Change the TV to an adult station like Fox news or better yet, get another TV for the other side of waiting room. It's always on cartoons for tiny children which is okay for them but those little voices (on TV) can kind of get edgy. I personally would like to see current news. I know Palmetto Smiles is primarily a pediatric dentistry practice but someone has to dive them there and pay the bill.
Sydney is incredibly patient with my son. I appreciate the ways both she and Dr. Raines care for him each visit.
I have and will always love Palmetto Smiles. You have been treating my children for 10 years. As a family that currently does not have dental insurance, I still want to provide the best care possible for my children's teeth. I was very surprised and disappointed at the cost of a basic cleaning. My 4 year old had a cleaning with fluoride and the charge was $170.00. I could not be at the appointment with my son and I still had questions. Dr. Cross called later to explain the visit and the available options. He really listented to what I had to say and provided excellent feedback. Dr. Cross cares about the patients as a whole, not just their dental health. Excellent practice!!
