I am so impressed with how wonderful the staff worked with my kids!! It makes it such a great experience for me and my kids! I couldn't ask for a better place to take my kids, an am so thankful we found you guys! I definitely recommend your office to anyone who is looking for a pediatric dentist!! Everyone there are always so professional and friendly. I drive over an hour to bring my children because it is worth it!

The receptionist was great, and the lady who explained to us our needs was also awesome. Our appointment was at 8am...we arrived at 8:05am...we did not depart until 9:30 ish. It was a cleaning. IN addition, according to my daughter, the lady who cleaned and flossed her teeth was harsh/not nice and caused pretty severe pain. Later that day, my daughter had to go to the school nurse and get asprin. Her gums were blood red and swollen. And into the night her gums were still really red and irritated. Everything was great, I'd recommend Palmettow Smiles. I was only there for 30 minutes for the dentist to talk to me about my baby's intruded tooth. Dr. Cross was very nice and very gentle with her, and the nurses were great too. I paid $70 for those 30 minutes of expertise, so I'm glad everyone was so great!

Excellent visit. My 8 year-old son loves the games he plays there. He had a bad experience with our regular dentist and I was afraid he would always fear the dentist office but he does great at Palmetto Smiles.
Dr. Neiders made me so comfortable and put no pressure on Isaac. He gave me the information I needed without making me feel guilty or chided. Although it being our first visit my son cried when we had to get inside his mouth to take a look, he has been saying I had fun at Dentist Mama. Yeah!!! The entire staff greeting and loving on him made it an overall very positive experience. Thank you!
Dr. Needers explained everything to me about Miller's visit. We even talked about the possiblility of braces in the future. He is very nice and Miller liked him alot. Sylvia came out and spoke to me in the waiting room. We have known her for 18 years since our older children have been coming there and she is still very sweet and kind and remembered us.
