sometimes Candy is a little rough
Everyone was so nice; I came in for a routine cleaning and the hygienist(I forget her name, she was filling in while the other hygienist was on vacation)noticed my fake tooth was loose. She cleaned very carefully and we talked about my options; Sandra called Dr. Springer from Aesthetic Smiles and got me an emergency appointment and she called Dr. Delaney's office and emailed my recent xrays(this was all done because we were not sure if the tooth would be able to be fixed; wanted to make sure all bases were covered). you never have to wait. You are always called back right after you get there. Everyone is very friendly.
Everything was good but it seems a bit crazy for a 2-year-old's first visit to cost us over $70.
switched from Dr Amy Green to Palmetto - love you guys
There is no option between "no wait past appt time" and 15-30 minutes. I think our wait this appointment was around 10 to 15 minutes, but office seemed especially busy that day. It all went quite quickly after that.
I was so very impressed by the professionalism of everyone in the office. I could tell everyone had a job to do / role to fill. We felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Kudos to your staff for a job VERY well done.
