My experiences there have been very good...i do however have one complaint...SYLVIA!!!!....she was so very rude to me and this wasn't the first time and also she is rude to other staff members...when i was waiting on my sister her exact words to me were "you can either go sit over there or go out and sit with your mother because people are trying to work here and we don't have room for you to stand there"...how rude she was...

I love Palmetto Smiles. Everyone has always been good to my family. I found this dental office online about 6 years ago. I have been so pleased with the fact that my children and I can attend the same dental office and we can even have appointments on the same day and time. Palmetto Smiles always tries to cater to our schedule.
Everyone was very helpful. Doctor and assistants were very good at explaining my daughter's dental procedure and I was extremely impressed with their patience. Thanks for always making our visits enjoyable!! :)
