I absolutely love Palmetto Smiles and am glad that I found them! I highly recommend them to anyone needing a dentist. I do feel that I waited too long this visit. Had 9am appointment, went to desk to around 925 to ask if I was going to be seen soon and then was called back at 930. With a toddler in the waiting room and needing to get to work that was not ideal but certainly does not affect my thoughts of Palmetto Smiles. Additionally, Gina & Dr. Neider are a FANTASTIC team!!!
Dr. Raines and Sylvia were very professional and treated us with upmost respect and courtesy. They were very patient with my child who was not cooperating due to some anxiety over the visit. Due to this the visit was much longer than expected and not one time did they appear frustrated or annoyed and continued to provide us with the information and time needed. I would highly recommend this practice and we look forward to being a patient for many years to come!
Very expensive for those of us without dental insurance. Will probably need to look for more affordable option even though kids love it there.
The staff is awesome. We arrived early and was seen early. From the front desk to check out is a friendly, caring and professional experience. Of course Dr. Raines is the "best dentist ever" as my 9 year old puts it. Thank you Palmetto Smiles!
