The dentist provides great service , friendly staff at Palmetto Smiles
I had a very bad abscess and was very scared of what was going to be needed. Heather did her very best to keep me calm and was so compassionate. Dr. Jamie Gomez was also so very caring. It took twice the normal shots to deaden my tooth area so they could pull it and they were apologizing constantly. Heather gave me her hand to squeeze . I pray I never have to have anything done again but if I do I want it to be these two wonderful ladies to do it !!
Sydney is so good with our son-she rocks!!
Great interaction with Brantley! She said she could smile again. She enjoyed meeting the staff also. I appreciate her being worked in on the same day.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful here. I now have a great understanding about my daughters dental needs for now and what I might have to look at in the future. Dr. Nieders was awesome in explaining what is going on to both myself and my daughter. Great place to go.

This is only my child's second visit, but it has been a great experience. When I told him he was going to the dentist today, he yelled "hoorah!!" :0) Everyone has been so nice, and he feels very comfortable because things are explained to him all along the way. We LOVE Palmetto Smiles and have been referring people as often as we can! :0)
I did not feel any pressure to purchase any services other than what i came for - which was great. Good customer service means a lot to me, and everyone i came in contact with had a positive attitude and was very nice/helpful. I will continue to come back for my checkups and other services as necessary. Thank you.
